Crowned with Confidence
Bold power and glorious majesty are wrapped around her as she laughs with joy over the latter days. Proverbs 31:25 TPT
There's something unshakable about a woman who knows who she is and Whose she is. She walks differently. She speaks with purpose. She doesn't bow to pressure or live for approval—because she knows she's already been crowned with power.
God doesn't crown us with fear or insecurity—He crowns us with confidence. Not a confidence that wavers when people change, but a holy confidence rooted in Christ.
Allow me to leave you with four powerful principles that will propel you into a woman of great confidence.
1. Confidence is Your Crown—Not Your Costume
Do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. – Hebrews 10:35 (NIV)
Confidence isn't something we put on like makeup when we feel good. It's the spiritual crown God gives His daughters—fashioned through faith, forged through fire, and secured in identity. If you've been trying to "act confident," pause. God never called you to fake it—He called you to walk in it.
2. People Can Applaud You, But Only Christ Can Anchor You
As a wife, a mother, and a woman in ministry, I've learned this truth the hard way: When I put my confidence in people—whether it was their approval, affirmation, or recognition—it lasted only for a moment. People change. Opinions shift. Crowns fall.
But when I put my confidence in Christ, my Savior, it created something eternal. He doesn't give temporary reassurance—He gives everlasting identity.
"It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man." – Psalm 118:8 (KJV)
3. God Doesn't Call the Confident—He Crowns the Called
Think of Esther. She didn't walk into the palace with natural confidence—she was chosen and called before she ever felt ready.
Think of Deborah. She rose up when no one else would.
Confidence wasn't their qualification—it was the result of trusting God in the midst of uncertainty.
"Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill His promises to her." – Luke 1:45 (NIV)
4. Wear Your Crown with Boldness and Grace
You don't have to explain your calling, tone down your fire, or apologize for your anointing. You are crowned with confidence because you are a daughter of the King. Let that confidence fuel your purpose, soften your words, and stabilize your steps.
"In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence, and His children will have a place of refuge." – Proverbs 14:26 (NKJV)
The world tells women to be confident in themselves. But confidence in self runs out. Confidence in Christ endures. And when God crowns you with confidence, no one can take it off. Not insecurity. Not your past. Not even your own doubts.
So fix your crown, daughter of the Most High God. And walk boldly—you were crowned to walk in His Confidence, His power, His love.
Forgive Quickly and Love Deeply. Lilly Grace
